About Cycle

Cycle connects customer feedback to product delivery workflows so you can close the feedback loop and wow your customers at each release.

Cycle lets you collect feedbacks from multiple sources like your Mails, your Slack, your Intercom, etc. From there you can send the feedback from your customers directly to Cycle where you'll be able to split it into Insights and connect it to your product roadmap. Once you're on the delivery part (wether you do it in Cycle or in Linear, Github, Jira, ...), you'll be notified whenever a feature is shipped or a bug is solved and you will be able to close the feedback loop with your customer.
